Insolvenční rejstřík is the Czech public insolvency register kept under the Insolvency Act, publishing insolvency proceedings, the decisions issued in them and the associated case files. Publication in the register is how insolvency decisions are made publicly effective in the Czech Republic.
Domain Rating ist eine datierte Ahrefs-Momentaufnahme der Domain-Autorität. PetroHrys Score is an independent editorial assessment of the directory’s practical business value. They are separate measurements and are never combined. Domain Rating is measured by Ahrefs and read through their public Domain Rating API. Each value carries the date it was read and describes the whole domain that was measured, not the individual page it appears beside. Where several records are published on one measured domain they repeat that domain’s single dated reading rather than each carrying a figure of its own. A record shown as not measured is a record nobody has a reading for, which is not the same as a record measured at zero. Domain Rating is a third-party metric produced by their respective providers, not by PetroHrys.com. Each recorded value carries its provider and the date it was measured, and describes the domain that was measured rather than one page on it. No source has been consulted for authority score, geschätzter traffic and verweisende domains, so they are not published for any record.
Open The register is served publicly without an account. One legacy entry point returned a server error during verification while the register itself remained reachable, so the working entry point is recorded rather than the failing one.
The register is free to search and needs no account.
Publication in the register is the statutory means by which Czech insolvency decisions take public effect, so the register is part of the procedure rather than a report on it.
The case file associated with a proceeding is published alongside the decisions, so the underlying documents can be read.
Einschränkungen
It records insolvency proceedings only. It establishes nothing about whether a company exists, who represents it or whether it is otherwise in good standing.
Entries are removed once the statutory retention period expires, so an absent result does not prove that a party was never insolvent.
The register concerns a legal procedure and is not a general assessment of creditworthiness.

Am besten für
Checking whether a Czech person or company is subject to insolvency proceedings and reading the decisions issued in them.
Following a Czech insolvency case through its published court file.
Nicht empfohlen für
Confirming that a company exists or who represents it, which is the public register kept by the courts.
Treating an empty result as proof that a party has never been insolvent, because entries are removed after the statutory period.

Establishing required submission assets requires submitting a listing and observing the result. That has not been done for any directory in this dataset, so it is not published rather than estimated.

The PetroHrys Score is a first-party editorial assessment, not a third-party
authority metric. It is the weighted sum of the ten factors above, divided by ten, so the number
on this page is reproducible from the values shown. Each factor is scored from 0 to 10 by a human reviewer and weighted as shown. The definitions describe what was weighed, not a rubric: no threshold or formula maps a directory onto a value, and two reviewers could reach different numbers. The score is reproducible from the factors shown on every record, but it is an editorial judgement, not a measurement.
