Partly open Result rows were rendered to an anonymous client with no credential and no payment, showing surname, forename, entry number and regional chamber, and the page reported 57,288 results at the time of verification. Free public reading is therefore observed rather than inferred. Filters offered for surname, entry number, district, city and practising status. No filtered query was submitted, so behaviour under a specific search and any rate limit were not observed and stay null.
