Food hygiene ratings is the Food Standards Agency service publishing hygiene inspection outcomes for food businesses across the United Kingdom. It carries the 0-to-5 Food Hygiene Rating Scheme results for England, Northern Ireland and Wales alongside the pass or improvement-required outcomes of the separate Scottish scheme.
Domain Rating ist eine datierte Ahrefs-Momentaufnahme der Domain-Autorität. PetroHrys Score is an independent editorial assessment of the directory’s practical business value. They are separate measurements and are never combined. Domain Rating is measured by Ahrefs and read through their public Domain Rating API. Each value carries the date it was read and describes the whole domain that was measured, not the individual page it appears beside. Where several records are published on one measured domain they repeat that domain’s single dated reading rather than each carrying a figure of its own. A record shown as not measured is a record nobody has a reading for, which is not the same as a record measured at zero. Domain Rating is a third-party metric produced by their respective providers, not by PetroHrys.com. Each recorded value carries its provider and the date it was measured, and describes the domain that was measured rather than one page on it. No source has been consulted for authority score, geschätzter traffic and verweisende domains, so they are not published for any record.
Food hygiene ratings can be searched free of charge and without an account.
One service covers the whole United Kingdom, holding information on behalf of local authorities in England, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland.
Inspections are carried out by local authority food safety officers rather than self-reported by the business.
The Food Standards Agency states plainly on the search page that the rating is not a guide to food quality.
Einschränkungen
Scotland does not use the 0-to-5 scale. Scottish results appear as a pass or improvement-required hygiene status under a separate scheme, so ratings are not comparable across the whole United Kingdom.
A rating describes the conditions found at one inspection on one date, not the current state of the business.
It is a hygiene standards rating only. It says nothing about food quality, and nothing about the business as a trading counterparty.
Display of the rating is not mandatory in every United Kingdom nation, so a high rating on a door is not itself evidence.

Establishing which local authority is responsible for a food business and when it was last inspected.
Nicht empfohlen für
Judging food quality, taste or value, none of which the rating measures.

Establishing required submission assets requires submitting a listing and observing the result. That has not been done for any directory in this dataset, so it is not published rather than estimated.

The PetroHrys Score is a first-party editorial assessment, not a third-party
authority metric. It is the weighted sum of the ten factors above, divided by ten, so the number
on this page is reproducible from the values shown. Each factor is scored from 0 to 10 by a human reviewer and weighted as shown. The definitions describe what was weighed, not a rubric: no threshold or formula maps a directory onto a value, and two reviewers could reach different numbers. The score is reproducible from the factors shown on every record, but it is an editorial judgement, not a measurement.
