EUDAMED is the European database on medical devices established by the medical devices and in vitro diagnostic regulations. It holds registrations of economic operators, devices and certificates, and its first four modules became mandatory on 28 May 2026.
Domain Rating ist eine datierte Ahrefs-Momentaufnahme der Domain-Autorität. PetroHrys Score is an independent editorial assessment of the directory’s practical business value. They are separate measurements and are never combined. Domain Rating is measured by Ahrefs and read through their public Domain Rating API. Each value carries the date it was read and describes the whole domain that was measured, not the individual page it appears beside. Where several records are published on one measured domain they repeat that domain’s single dated reading rather than each carrying a figure of its own. A record shown as not measured is a record nobody has a reading for, which is not the same as a record measured at zero. Domain Rating is a third-party metric produced by their respective providers, not by PetroHrys.com. Each recorded value carries its provider and the date it was measured, and describes the domain that was measured rather than one page on it. No source has been consulted for authority score, geschätzter traffic and verweisende domains, so they are not published for any record.
Not established The overall access position has not been established from an official source. It is recorded as unknown rather than assumed to be open.
Hosting
This registry is a distinct system hosted on the shared ec.europa.eu platform.
Einschätzung
Stärken
It is established directly by the medical devices and in vitro diagnostic regulations rather than by administrative practice.
Its first four modules became mandatory on 28 May 2026, so the data has moved from voluntary submission to a legal obligation.
It brings economic operator, device and certificate registration into one European system rather than leaving it to national registers.
Einschränkungen
The public site is a client-rendered application that could not be exercised, so its search behaviour and coverage of each module were not observed.
It does not certify devices. Conformity assessment is carried out by notified bodies, and an entry is not a statement that a device is safe or effective.
Because mandatory use began recently, absence of an operator or device is not evidence that it does not exist or is not lawfully placed on the market.

Am besten für
Checking whether a medical device economic operator is registered in the EU database and under which role.
Following the phased introduction of EU medical device registration obligations from the responsible authority’s own system.
Nicht empfohlen für
Treating a registration as a safety approval. Registration records that an operator or device has been entered, not that the device has been assessed as safe.
Assuming complete coverage. The modules became mandatory only recently and earlier use was voluntary, so historical completeness is limited.

Establishing required submission assets requires submitting a listing and observing the result. That has not been done for any directory in this dataset, so it is not published rather than estimated.

The PetroHrys Score is a first-party editorial assessment, not a third-party
authority metric. It is the weighted sum of the ten factors above, divided by ten, so the number
on this page is reproducible from the values shown. Each factor is scored from 0 to 10 by a human reviewer and weighted as shown. The definitions describe what was weighed, not a rubric: no threshold or formula maps a directory onto a value, and two reviewers could reach different numbers. The score is reproducible from the factors shown on every record, but it is an editorial judgement, not a measurement.
