Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy is the Polish National Court Register, kept by the registry courts under the Act of 20 August 1997. It comprises the register of entrepreneurs — commercial companies, cooperatives, state enterprises and branches of foreign entrepreneurs — together with the register of associations, other social and professional organisations, foundations and public healthcare institutions.
Domain Rating ist eine datierte Ahrefs-Momentaufnahme der Domain-Autorität. PetroHrys Score is an independent editorial assessment of the directory’s practical business value. They are separate measurements and are never combined. Domain Rating is measured by Ahrefs and read through their public Domain Rating API. Each value carries the date it was read and describes the whole domain that was measured, not the individual page it appears beside. Where several records are published on one measured domain they repeat that domain’s single dated reading rather than each carrying a figure of its own. A record shown as not measured is a record nobody has a reading for, which is not the same as a record measured at zero. Domain Rating is a third-party metric produced by their respective providers, not by PetroHrys.com. Each recorded value carries its provider and the date it was measured, and describes the domain that was measured rather than one page on it. No source has been consulted for authority score, geschätzter traffic and verweisende domains, so they are not published for any record.

Public access
Open The web search interface refused automated requests behind a bot-protection interstitial and its behaviour was not observed. Free anonymous access was instead confirmed against the ministry’s own open API at api-krs.ms.gov.pl, which returned a complete current extract for a test entity without any credential.
It is the constitutive register for Polish companies, cooperatives, associations and foundations, so an entry establishes legal existence rather than merely describing a business.
The Ministry of Justice publishes a free open API that returns a complete current extract for an entity without any account, which makes verification reproducible rather than screen-dependent.
One register covers both the commercial sector and the association and foundation sector, through two separate statutory sub-registers.
Financial documents filed by registered entities are held in the associated document repository, so filings can be reached from the register entry.
Einschränkungen
It does not cover sole traders. A Polish natural person trading on their own account is registered in CEIDG, and neither register contains the other’s population.
The NIP and REGON numbers shown in a KRS extract originate in the tax register and in the REGON statistical register and are placed in KRS automatically; they are not established by the registry court.
The public web search sits behind bot protection that refused automated requests, so its interactive behaviour, any fee for certified output and any CAPTCHA could not be observed.
An entry records legal existence and filed data. It is not a statement about solvency, creditworthiness or the conduct of the entity.

Establishing required submission assets requires submitting a listing and observing the result. That has not been done for any directory in this dataset, so it is not published rather than estimated.

The PetroHrys Score is a first-party editorial assessment, not a third-party
authority metric. It is the weighted sum of the ten factors above, divided by ten, so the number
on this page is reproducible from the values shown. Each factor is scored from 0 to 10 by a human reviewer and weighted as shown. The definitions describe what was weighed, not a rubric: no threshold or formula maps a directory onto a value, and two reviewers could reach different numbers. The score is reproducible from the factors shown on every record, but it is an editorial judgement, not a measurement.
