TMview is the search portal of the European Union Intellectual Property Network that searches trade mark applications and registrations held by participating offices — national offices in the EU, the EUIPO, and offices outside the EU. It aggregates data supplied by those offices and is not itself a trade mark register.
Domain Rating es una instantánea fechada de Ahrefs sobre la autoridad del dominio. PetroHrys Score is an independent editorial assessment of the directory’s practical business value. They are separate measurements and are never combined. Domain Rating is measured by Ahrefs and read through their public Domain Rating API. Each value carries the date it was read and describes the whole domain that was measured, not the individual page it appears beside. Where several records are published on one measured domain they repeat that domain’s single dated reading rather than each carrying a figure of its own. A record shown as not measured is a record nobody has a reading for, which is not the same as a record measured at zero. Domain Rating is a third-party metric produced by their respective providers, not by PetroHrys.com. Each recorded value carries its provider and the date it was measured, and describes the domain that was measured rather than one page on it. No source has been consulted for authority score, tráfico estimado and dominios de referencia, so they are not published for any record.
Not established The overall access position has not been established from an official source. It is recorded as unknown rather than assumed to be open.
Hosting
This registry is a distinct system hosted on the shared tmdn.org platform.
Valoración
Puntos fuertes
One search reaches trade mark data from participating offices at national, EU and international level, which is what it exists to do.
It is operated within the official European Union Intellectual Property Network rather than by a commercial aggregator.
It keeps the aggregation role explicit, so a user can go back to the issuing office for the authoritative record.
Limitaciones
It is an aggregation portal, not a register. It does not constitute any right and establishes nothing on its own.
Coverage is defined by which offices participate and by what each supplies, so it is not a complete picture of trade marks in Europe.
The portal is a client-rendered application that could not be exercised, so its search behaviour, filters and export options were not observed.

Ideal para
Searching trade marks across many national offices and the EU office at once, which no single register offers.
Establishing whether a similar mark already exists somewhere in Europe before choosing where to file.
No recomendado para
Treating a result as the register entry. The records belong to the office that issued them, and that office is where the authoritative entry lives.
Concluding a mark is free because it is absent. Coverage depends on which offices participate and on how current each office’s supply is.

Establishing required submission assets requires submitting a listing and observing the result. That has not been done for any directory in this dataset, so it is not published rather than estimated.

The PetroHrys Score is a first-party editorial assessment, not a third-party
authority metric. It is the weighted sum of the ten factors above, divided by ten, so the number
on this page is reproducible from the values shown. Each factor is scored from 0 to 10 by a human reviewer and weighted as shown. The definitions describe what was weighed, not a rubric: no threshold or formula maps a directory onto a value, and two reviewers could reach different numbers. The score is reproducible from the factors shown on every record, but it is an editorial judgement, not a measurement.
