The German directory of postal service providers, kept by the Federal Network Agency. Entry is constitutive rather than declaratory: since 18 July 2024 postal services may be provided only by entered providers, and a provider may subcontract only to another entered provider. It is a different legal act from the agency’s telecommunications notification directory, which it sits alongside.
Domain Rating es una instantánea fechada de Ahrefs sobre la autoridad del dominio. PetroHrys Score is an independent editorial assessment of the directory’s practical business value. They are separate measurements and are never combined. Domain Rating is measured by Ahrefs and read through their public Domain Rating API. Each value carries the date it was read and describes the whole domain that was measured, not the individual page it appears beside. Where several records are published on one measured domain they repeat that domain’s single dated reading rather than each carrying a figure of its own. A record shown as not measured is a record nobody has a reading for, which is not the same as a record measured at zero. Domain Rating is a third-party metric produced by their respective providers, not by PetroHrys.com. Each recorded value carries its provider and the date it was measured, and describes the domain that was measured rather than one page on it. No source has been consulted for authority score, tráfico estimado and dominios de referencia, so they are not published for any record.
Partly open Result rows were rendered to an anonymous client with no credential and no payment, showing registration number, company, postcode, town, address, country and entry date. Free public reading is therefore observed rather than inferred. The record count, the "Stand" date and the hit counter are filled by JavaScript and showed placeholders to a non-executing client, so no total, currency date or coverage figure was observed and none is asserted. No filtered query was submitted, so behaviour under a specific search and any rate limit stay null.

Entry is constitutive, not declaratory: the agency states that postal services may only be provided by providers entered in the directory, which makes a search here legally meaningful rather than merely informative.
It reaches the supply chain: a provider may commission another provider only if that provider is entered, so the directory is the correct check before subcontracting.
Rows are readable without an account or payment, and each carries an entry date so a reader can see how long a provider has been entered.
It records whether a provider offers formal service of documents, which is a legally significant capability rather than a marketing claim.
Limitaciones
This is entry on application, not a notification and not a licence in the telecommunications sense. A provider must apply and be entered before starting activity; the agency does not merely record a declaration.
A transitional regime was still running at verification. Providers notified under the former section 36 of the Postal Act before 18 July 2024 may continue only until 18 August 2026, and only if they applied by 20 July 2026 — after which continuing to provide postal services is unlawful. During that window the directory does not yet show every lawful provider.
It is a POSTAL directory kept by the same agency that keeps the telecommunications notification directory. Entry here says nothing about whether a company is a telecommunications undertaking, holds spectrum, or holds numbers.
Entry records entitlement. It is not a statement about delivery quality, reliability, solvency, or whether any particular item was handled properly.
Absence does not by itself establish that a company may not deliver anything. During the transitional window a former section 36 notifier may still be operating lawfully, and services outside the statutory definition of postal services are not covered here.
The directory’s own record count and currency date are rendered by JavaScript and were not observed, so no total and no "as at" date is asserted.

Ideal para
Checking whether a company may lawfully provide postal services in Germany.
Checking a subcontractor before instructing it, because a provider may only commission an entered provider.
No recomendado para
Checking a telecommunications undertaking. Postal entry and the agency’s telecommunications notification are different legal acts in different directories.
Assuming entry proves universal-service status or any particular service quality. It records entitlement to provide postal services and nothing more.

Establishing required submission assets requires submitting a listing and observing the result. That has not been done for any directory in this dataset, so it is not published rather than estimated.

The PetroHrys Score is a first-party editorial assessment, not a third-party
authority metric. It is the weighted sum of the ten factors above, divided by ten, so the number
on this page is reproducible from the values shown. Each factor is scored from 0 to 10 by a human reviewer and weighted as shown. The definitions describe what was weighed, not a rubric: no threshold or formula maps a directory onto a value, and two reviewers could reach different numbers. The score is reproducible from the factors shown on every record, but it is an editorial judgement, not a measurement.
