Business Entity Search is the state business-entity register operated by the Office of the Kentucky Secretary of State. Coverage: Kentucky and foreign corporations, LLCs, non-profits and other filing entities, with assumed names carried as their own searchable records. Limitaciones
An active record proves the entity has filed and remains on the register; it is not a business licence, not proof of Kentucky tax registration or compliance (Department of Revenue), not occupational or professional licensing, and not evidence of creditworthiness or solvency.
Free images are not certified output: Kentucky still charges for certified copies and certificates of status.
