Cómo funciona
Two different questions are scored separately. Utility asks how strong and actionable a procurement source is: can opportunities be found, is there a registration path, can a bid be lodged, and how well established are those facts. Fit asks how relevant that source is to a particular supplier and objective. A national platform with modest evidence can be the single most relevant source for a supplier targeting that country, and a superbly documented development bank can be irrelevant to a local firm.
Every value here is derived at build time from the platform records. Nothing is stored, nothing is estimated, and no platform is promoted by hand. Where a fact was never established, the answer is unknown rather than a guess.
The database records no industry classification. Recommendations for software, telecom, manufacturing or construction suppliers rank general-purpose systems by the capabilities those suppliers need — they do not claim any platform specialises in a sector.
