Krajowy Rejestr Zadłużonych is the Polish register of debtors, kept by the Minister of Justice under the Act of 6 December 2018. It discloses restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, proceedings on a ban from conducting business activity, enforcement discontinued as ineffective, and maintenance arrears older than three months.
Domain Rating ist eine datierte Ahrefs-Momentaufnahme der Domain-Autorität. PetroHrys Score is an independent editorial assessment of the directory’s practical business value. They are separate measurements and are never combined. Domain Rating is measured by Ahrefs and read through their public Domain Rating API. Each value carries the date it was read and describes the whole domain that was measured, not the individual page it appears beside. Where several records are published on one measured domain they repeat that domain’s single dated reading rather than each carrying a figure of its own. A record shown as not measured is a record nobody has a reading for, which is not the same as a record measured at zero. Domain Rating is a third-party metric produced by their respective providers, not by PetroHrys.com. Each recorded value carries its provider and the date it was measured, and describes the domain that was measured rather than one page on it. No source has been consulted for authority score, geschätzter traffic and verweisende domains, so they are not published for any record.

Stärken
It is a single statutory register for insolvency, restructuring, ineffective enforcement and maintenance arrears, populations that are otherwise spread across separate court and enforcement files.
The Act designates it as the Polish insolvency register for the purposes of the European insolvency regulation, so it is the register other member states connect to.
The Ministry of Justice publishes its scope and legal basis on its own pages, so what the register does and does not disclose can be checked against the responsible authority rather than a commentary.
Einschränkungen
The portal is behind bot protection that returned an Imperva interstitial to every request, so no search behaviour, fee or credential requirement could be observed and none is asserted here.
There is no open API alongside the portal, unlike the National Court Register, so the access position cannot be established indirectly either.
Entries describe proceedings and enforcement outcomes. They are not a credit assessment and do not establish that a debt is currently owed.

Am besten für
Checking whether a Polish person or entity is subject to restructuring, bankruptcy or secondary insolvency proceedings.
Finding whether enforcement against a Polish debtor was discontinued because it would not recover more than the cost of enforcing.
Nicht empfohlen für
Confirming that a Polish company exists or reading its officers, which is the National Court Register rather than this register.
Treating an absence of entries as evidence of solvency. The register records proceedings that have been opened, not a financial assessment.

Establishing required submission assets requires submitting a listing and observing the result. That has not been done for any directory in this dataset, so it is not published rather than estimated.

The PetroHrys Score is a first-party editorial assessment, not a third-party
authority metric. It is the weighted sum of the ten factors above, divided by ten, so the number
on this page is reproducible from the values shown. Each factor is scored from 0 to 10 by a human reviewer and weighted as shown. The definitions describe what was weighed, not a rubric: no threshold or formula maps a directory onto a value, and two reviewers could reach different numbers. The score is reproducible from the factors shown on every record, but it is an editorial judgement, not a measurement.
