Consolidated list of persons, groups and entities subject to EU financial sanctions
The consolidated list brings together the natural and legal persons, groups and entities subject to EU financial sanctions. The Commission manages and updates it, and it reflects the officially adopted texts published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Domain Rating es una instantánea fechada de Ahrefs sobre la autoridad del dominio. PetroHrys Score is an independent editorial assessment of the directory’s practical business value. They are separate measurements and are never combined. Domain Rating is measured by Ahrefs and read through their public Domain Rating API. Each value carries the date it was read and describes the whole domain that was measured, not the individual page it appears beside. Where several records are published on one measured domain they repeat that domain’s single dated reading rather than each carrying a figure of its own. A record shown as not measured is a record nobody has a reading for, which is not the same as a record measured at zero. Domain Rating is a third-party metric produced by their respective providers, not by PetroHrys.com. Each recorded value carries its provider and the date it was measured, and describes the domain that was measured rather than one page on it. No source has been consulted for authority score, tráfico estimado and dominios de referencia, so they are not published for any record.
Not established The overall access position has not been established from an official source. It is recorded as unknown rather than assumed to be open.
Valoración
Puntos fuertes
It consolidates designations that are otherwise spread across many separate legal acts into one maintained list.
The Commission states that it manages and updates the list whenever necessary, so the maintenance responsibility is explicit.
It is the reference dataset that EU financial-sanctions screening is built on, which makes it directly useful rather than merely informative.
Limitaciones
It reflects the officially adopted texts rather than constituting them. The authentic source is the act published in the Official Journal.
The web application refused an anonymous client with a redirect loop, so its access position could not be established and is recorded as unknown.
It covers EU financial sanctions only. Absence proves nothing about designations by other authorities or under other regimes.

Ideal para
Establishing which persons, groups and entities are subject to EU financial sanctions, from the list the Commission itself maintains.
Obtaining the consolidated designation data as a whole rather than reading each legal act separately.
No recomendado para
Treating a hit or a miss as legally decisive. The list reflects the adopted texts; the acts published in the Official Journal are the legal source.
Concluding that an absent party is unrestricted. This covers EU financial sanctions only, and says nothing about any other regime or jurisdiction.

Establishing required submission assets requires submitting a listing and observing the result. That has not been done for any directory in this dataset, so it is not published rather than estimated.

The PetroHrys Score is a first-party editorial assessment, not a third-party
authority metric. It is the weighted sum of the ten factors above, divided by ten, so the number
on this page is reproducible from the values shown. Each factor is scored from 0 to 10 by a human reviewer and weighted as shown. The definitions describe what was weighed, not a rubric: no threshold or formula maps a directory onto a value, and two reviewers could reach different numbers. The score is reproducible from the factors shown on every record, but it is an editorial judgement, not a measurement.
