Official Bulletin of Civil and Commercial Announcements
BODACC is the French official bulletin that gives publicity to acts recorded in the national business register. It publishes registrations, modifications, transfers, removals, insolvency and conciliation proceedings and notices that company accounts have been filed, together with certain civil announcements.

Open The bulletin’s pages were retrieved anonymously with no credential and no fee, and the site states that its contents are published under the open etalab-2.0 licence unless stated otherwise. The separate account host used for the alert subscription service returned a JavaScript interstitial and was not exercised, so nothing is asserted about it.

Its own pages state where the data comes from — the public registers of the commercial court registries and the other courts named there — which makes the chain from court to bulletin explicit.
The data is published as open data under the etalab-2.0 licence, so it can be reused without negotiating access.
Limitaciones
It carries announcements, not the documents themselves. A notice that accounts have been filed is not the accounts.
It is a publication medium rather than a register, so a search here answers what was announced and when, not what the register currently says.
The alert subscription service sits on a separate host that returned a JavaScript interstitial to automated requests, so its behaviour is not documented here.
