DPMAregister is the official register and publication database of the German Patent and Trade Mark Office. It carries the office’s registers for patents, utility models, topographies and supplementary protection certificates, for trade marks and geographical indications, and for designs, each with its own search interface.

Open The overview page and the basic search interfaces for patents, trade marks and designs were all retrieved anonymously without any credential. Rate limiting was not probed and no CAPTCHA was encountered, but absence was not established, so no CAPTCHA claim is made either way.

It is the German office’s own register database, so it is the authoritative source for the status of a German industrial property right rather than a commercial copy of it.
Three separate rights families each have their own dedicated search entry point, which keeps patents, trade marks and designs from being conflated in one undifferentiated result set.
Searching is free and worked anonymously, with no account required to reach any of the basic search interfaces.
Limitaciones
Only the German-language register excerpt is legally binding. The office labels its English output a non-binding translation.
It is a register of rights. It does not record whether a right is being used, whether it is commercially significant, or whether it is being disputed outside the register.
The office’s main site refused automated requests behind a JavaScript interstitial, so background documentation had to be read from the register host itself.
