The Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores is the Spanish securities market supervisor. It keeps the official registers of authorised investment firms, collective investment schemes and their managers, venture capital entities, securitisation funds and financial advisers, together with the regulated information filed by listed issuers.
Domain Rating es una instantánea fechada de Ahrefs sobre la autoridad del dominio. PetroHrys Score is an independent editorial assessment of the directory’s practical business value. They are separate measurements and are never combined. Domain Rating is measured by Ahrefs and read through their public Domain Rating API. Each value carries the date it was read and describes the whole domain that was measured, not the individual page it appears beside. Where several records are published on one measured domain they repeat that domain’s single dated reading rather than each carrying a figure of its own. A record shown as not measured is a record nobody has a reading for, which is not the same as a record measured at zero. Domain Rating is a third-party metric produced by their respective providers, not by PetroHrys.com. Each recorded value carries its provider and the date it was measured, and describes the domain that was measured rather than one page on it. No source has been consulted for authority score, tráfico estimado and dominios de referencia, so they are not published for any record.
Open The entity search and the register consultation pages were reached anonymously with no credential and no fee. No CAPTCHA was encountered, but absence was not established and none is asserted.
It is the supervisor’s own register set, so an entry is the authoritative record that a firm is authorised rather than a directory’s claim that it is.
Separate consultations cover investment firms, collective investment schemes and their managers, venture capital entities, securitisation funds, credit institutions and financial advisers, so the different authorisation regimes stay distinguishable.
The registers and the regulated-information filings sit on one supervised site and were all reachable without an account.
Limitaciones
The consultations are spread across many separate pages rather than a single unified search, so finding the right register takes knowing which regime applies.
Registration records an authorisation. It is not a statement about a firm’s solvency, conduct or the suitability of its products.
The supervisory registers do not establish corporate existence, which is a matter for the commercial registries.

Ideal para
Checking whether a firm is authorised to provide investment services in Spain, and under which register it is entered.
Reading the regulated information a Spanish listed issuer has filed with the supervisor.
No recomendado para
Company verification generally. These are registers of authorisation and disclosure, not of a company’s existence.
Assuming that entry in a register is an endorsement. It records an authorisation decision, not an opinion on the firm.

Establishing required submission assets requires submitting a listing and observing the result. That has not been done for any directory in this dataset, so it is not published rather than estimated.

The PetroHrys Score is a first-party editorial assessment, not a third-party
authority metric. It is the weighted sum of the ten factors above, divided by ten, so the number
on this page is reproducible from the values shown. Each factor is scored from 0 to 10 by a human reviewer and weighted as shown. The definitions describe what was weighed, not a rubric: no threshold or formula maps a directory onto a value, and two reviewers could reach different numbers. The score is reproducible from the factors shown on every record, but it is an editorial judgement, not a measurement.
