Limitaciones
It does not prove good standing for tax purposes — California entities can be suspended or forfeited by the Franchise Tax Board — and it does not prove tax compliance, any professional or occupational licence, any local business licence, active trading, or creditworthiness.
Free images are not certified output: California still charges for certified copies and certificates of status.
