Insolvenzbekanntmachungen is the German portal on which the insolvency courts make the announcements required by the Insolvency Code. Publication there is the statutory public announcement of a proceeding; the proceeding itself is conducted and recorded by the court.

Domain Rating
76Ahrefs snapshot, measured
Domain Rating est un instantané daté d’Ahrefs de l’autorité du domaine. PetroHrys Score is an independent editorial assessment of the directory’s practical business value. They are separate measurements and are never combined. Domain Rating is measured by Ahrefs and read through their public Domain Rating API. Each value carries the date it was read and describes the whole domain that was measured, not the individual page it appears beside. Where several records are published on one measured domain they repeat that domain’s single dated reading rather than each carrying a figure of its own. A record shown as not measured is a record nobody has a reading for, which is not the same as a record measured at zero. Domain Rating is a third-party metric produced by their respective providers, not by PetroHrys.com. Each recorded value carries its provider and the date it was measured, and describes the domain that was measured rather than one page on it. No source has been consulted for authority score, trafic estimé and domaines référents, so they are not published for any record.
Open The portal was reached anonymously with no credential and no fee. Requests to www.insolvenzbekanntmachungen.de redirect to neu.insolvenzbekanntmachungen.de, which is where the pages are actually served. No CAPTCHA was encountered, but absence was not established and none is asserted. The portal states that results are capped at 1,000 hits, that names must match exactly, and that result pages cannot be linked to directly.
It is the single national medium in which every German insolvency court makes its statutory announcements, so one search covers all Länder rather than sixteen gazettes.
Searching is free and anonymous, with no account, no fee and no identity step reached at any point.
The portal documents its own limits explicitly — the hit cap, the exact-match rule and the staggered dates from which each Land’s announcements are carried — instead of leaving a user to discover them.
Limites
Names must match exactly, including suffixes such as “AG” or “GmbH & Co. KG” as recorded in the commercial register, so a near-miss returns nothing rather than a suggestion.
Every search is capped at 1,000 hits, which matters for any attempt to check a large group of counterparties at once.
Result pages cannot be linked to, and a result session lasts sixty minutes, so a finding cannot be cited by URL and has to be re-run.
It carries the announcements the Insolvency Code requires. It does not hold the court file, the creditor filings or the outcome of the proceeding.

Idéal pour
Reading the official announcement of a German insolvency proceeding, including the opening decision and the appointed administrator.
Checking whether a named German debtor has had an insolvency proceeding announced, when the exact registered name is known.
Non recommandé pour
Screening by approximate or partial name. The portal returns a hit only on an exact match with the entry as the court wrote it.
Treating the portal as the register of the proceeding. It is the statutory publication medium; the proceeding is recorded by the insolvency court.

Establishing required submission assets requires submitting a listing and observing the result. That has not been done for any directory in this dataset, so it is not published rather than estimated.

The PetroHrys Score is a first-party editorial assessment, not a third-party
authority metric. It is the weighted sum of the ten factors above, divided by ten, so the number
on this page is reproducible from the values shown. Each factor is scored from 0 to 10 by a human reviewer and weighted as shown. The definitions describe what was weighed, not a rubric: no threshold or formula maps a directory onto a value, and two reviewers could reach different numbers. The score is reproducible from the factors shown on every record, but it is an editorial judgement, not a measurement.
