Registradores de España is the electronic service of the professional body of Spanish registrars, through which extracts and publicity from the mercantile, property and movable-property registries are ordered. The registries themselves are statutory registers kept by the registrars in office, and the body operates the shared access service rather than holding the registers.

It is not the responsible body for the public insolvency register. Spanish law places the Registro Público Concursal under the Ministry of Justice and entrusts only the material management of its publicity service to this body, under the Ministry’s dependence.
