PetroHrys Score

PetroHrys Score

Domain Rating
92Ahrefs snapshot, measured

Domain Rating est un instantané daté d’Ahrefs de l’autorité du domaine. PetroHrys Score is an independent editorial assessment of the directory’s practical business value. They are separate measurements and are never combined. Domain Rating is measured by Ahrefs and read through their public Domain Rating API. Each value carries the date it was read and describes the whole domain that was measured, not the individual page it appears beside. Where several records are published on one measured domain they repeat that domain’s single dated reading rather than each carrying a figure of its own. A record shown as not measured is a record nobody has a reading for, which is not the same as a record measured at zero. Domain Rating is a third-party metric produced by their respective providers, not by PetroHrys.com. Each recorded value carries its provider and the date it was measured, and describes the domain that was measured rather than one page on it. No source has been consulted for authority score, trafic estimé and domaines référents, so they are not published for any record.

Évaluation

Points forts

  • Find a Tender can be searched free of charge and without an account, and individual notices are readable anonymously.
  • It publishes the full procurement lifecycle rather than opportunities alone, including award, contract detail, change, performance and termination notices.
  • Notices from the same procurement share an Open Contracting identifier, so a contract can be followed from pipeline to termination.
  • Bulk data is published under the Open Government Licence in the Open Contracting Data Standard, so the notices are reusable rather than only viewable.

Limites

  • It is a notice database, not a supplier register. Publication of a notice establishes nothing about any supplier’s eligibility, standing, competence or trustworthiness.
  • Coverage is not uniform across the United Kingdom. Scotland sits outside the Procurement Act 2023 regime, so Scottish below-threshold and full-lifecycle notices are not published here and run through Public Contracts Scotland instead.
  • The widely repeated description of the service as covering only high-value contracts above a threshold is now out of date, and the GOV.UK guidance page still carries that older framing.
  • Notice content is supplied by the publishing authority, so an error in a notice is the authority’s error and is not corrected by the service.

Establishing required submission assets requires submitting a listing and observing the result. That has not been done for any directory in this dataset, so it is not published rather than estimated.

The PetroHrys Score is a first-party editorial assessment, not a third-party authority metric. It is the weighted sum of the ten factors above, divided by ten, so the number on this page is reproducible from the values shown. Each factor is scored from 0 to 10 by a human reviewer and weighted as shown. The definitions describe what was weighed, not a rubric: no threshold or formula maps a directory onto a value, and two reviewers could reach different numbers. The score is reproducible from the factors shown on every record, but it is an editorial judgement, not a measurement.
