The Federal Communications Commission’s online public inspection file system for broadcast stations, cable systems, direct broadcast satellite providers and satellite radio licensees. It publishes the disclosures those entities are required to keep — political time, quarterly issues and programs lists, ownership data and pending applications — and it is a disclosure system, not a licence register.

Domain Rating
91Ahrefs snapshot, measured
Domain Rating est un instantané daté d’Ahrefs de l’autorité du domaine. PetroHrys Score is an independent editorial assessment of the directory’s practical business value. They are separate measurements and are never combined. Domain Rating is measured by Ahrefs and read through their public Domain Rating API. Each value carries the date it was read and describes the whole domain that was measured, not the individual page it appears beside. Where several records are published on one measured domain they repeat that domain’s single dated reading rather than each carrying a figure of its own. A record shown as not measured is a record nobody has a reading for, which is not the same as a record measured at zero. Domain Rating is a third-party metric produced by their respective providers, not by PetroHrys.com. Each recorded value carries its provider and the date it was measured, and describes the domain that was measured rather than one page on it. No source has been consulted for authority score, trafic estimé and domaines référents, so they are not published for any record.
Partly open The site was served anonymously with no credential and exposes a public search control, so login is recorded as not required for reading. Its sign-in route is described for filers rather than readers. No search was executed and no file was opened, so result content, coverage, any fee and any rate limit were not observed and stay null. Note that the Commission’s main host and its wireless2 and apps subdomains refused automated clients at the time of verification, while this host did not.
Évaluation
Points forts
It covers a precisely stated population — licensed full-service radio and television broadcast stations, Class A television stations, cable television systems, direct broadcast satellite providers and satellite radio licensees.
The Commission states the purpose in its own words: to make information the public already has a right to more readily available.
It exposes categories a licence register never would, including political time sold or given away and quarterly lists of significant programming.
It was the only Commission host that served automated clients at the time of verification, which makes it unusually reachable among FCC systems.
Limites
It is a FILING and DISCLOSURE system, not a register of authorisations. Presence establishes that an entity has a public file obligation and has filed; it does not establish that any licence is current, valid or unrestricted.
Broadcasting is not general telecommunications. An entity here is a broadcaster, cable system, DBS or satellite radio licensee, and that says nothing about whether it is an authorised telecommunications carrier.
It does not overlap the Commission’s wireless licensing system or its carrier filer database, so a reader checking spectrum or carrier status must use those instead and will find nothing useful here.
Absence does not establish that an entity is unlicensed or non-compliant. Only the entity types the Commission lists carry a public file obligation, and everything else is simply out of scope.
No search was executed and no file was opened during verification, so result content, coverage and any limits were not observed and none is asserted.

Idéal pour
Reading the disclosures a US broadcast station, cable system, DBS provider or satellite radio licensee is required to make public.
Finding political advertising files and quarterly issues and programs lists for a named station.
Non recommandé pour
Checking whether a station holds a licence. This is a disclosure system; broadcast licensing is administered separately and does not live here.
Checking a telecommunications carrier. Carriers that file the Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet appear in a different FCC system.

Establishing required submission assets requires submitting a listing and observing the result. That has not been done for any directory in this dataset, so it is not published rather than estimated.

The PetroHrys Score is a first-party editorial assessment, not a third-party
authority metric. It is the weighted sum of the ten factors above, divided by ten, so the number
on this page is reproducible from the values shown. Each factor is scored from 0 to 10 by a human reviewer and weighted as shown. The definitions describe what was weighed, not a rubric: no threshold or formula maps a directory onto a value, and two reviewers could reach different numbers. The score is reproducible from the factors shown on every record, but it is an editorial judgement, not a measurement.
