Incorporated associations are Northern Territory legal structures created under the Associations Act 2003.
Limitations
It is not a company register and does not establish incorporation, company status, directors, shareholders or beneficial ownership.
Results are returned by ASP.NET postback to /PublicRegister/PublicRegister/LicenceSearch.aspx; there are no stable, citable permalinks for individual records, for scheme-filtered views, or for result sets.
The observed result count topped out at exactly 1000 ('There were 1000 matching records found'), which appears to be a ceiling rather than a true total.
