Domain Rating
Not measured

Domain Rating is a dated Ahrefs snapshot of domain authority. PetroHrys Score is an independent editorial assessment of the directory’s practical business value. They are separate measurements and are never combined. Domain Rating values are dated historical Ahrefs snapshots. Domain Rating is a dated historical measurement of the shared domain, not an assessment of this individual registry page. New measurements are not collected because the Research Center does not depend on mandatory authenticated APIs. Where several registries are published on one measured domain they repeat that domain’s single dated snapshot rather than each carrying a figure of its own. Domain Rating is a third-party metric produced by their respective providers, not by PetroHrys.com. Each recorded value carries its provider and the date it was measured, and describes the domain that was measured rather than one page on it. No source has been consulted for authority score, estimated traffic and referring domains, so they are not published for any record.

Assessment

Strengths

  • AssociationsOnline can be searched free of charge and without an account, directly from the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS) — Consumer Protection.
  • The only authoritative way to confirm that a Western Australian incorporated association exists, to obtain its IARN, and to check whether it is currently Registered or Deregistered and when it was incorporated.
  • Statutory mandate is explicit: Associations Incorporation Act 2015 (WA) s 161, headed 'Commissioner must keep register of incorporated associations and other documents', provides '(1) The Commissioner must keep — (a) a register of incorporated associations; and (b) a copy of the following — (i) the rules of each incorporated association; (ii) any alteration to the rules of an incorporated association; (iii) every other document required by this Act to be lodged with the Commissioner.'
  • Incorporated associations are bodies corporate created under the Western Australian Associations Incorporation Act 2015 and registered by the Commissioner for Consumer Protection, not by ASIC. They carry an IARN in the form A0823232K (observed for ROTARY CANNING RIVER INC.), not an ACN, and they do not appear in the ASIC company or business name registers.

Limitations

  • It does not establish company registration. Incorporated associations are a Western Australian legal structure created under state law; they have no ACN, ASIC does not register or list them, and this register is not a company register. It does not establish an ABN or any tax status — that remains ABN Lookup.
  • Result sets are capped — the search screen displays 'A maximum of 100 results were returned. Please refine your search criteria', so broad name queries silently truncate.
  • There are no stable per-record permalinks. Search executes as a form POST inside a server-side session carrying a JSF ViewState token, and the results screen shares one fixed URL, so individual association records cannot be cited or deep-linked.
  • The free tier returns index data; extracts, certificates and lodged documents are a separate paid product.

Establishing required submission assets requires submitting a listing and observing the result. That has not been done for any directory in this dataset, so it is not published rather than estimated.

The PetroHrys Score is a first-party editorial assessment, not a third-party authority metric. It is the weighted sum of the ten factors above, divided by ten, so the number on this page is reproducible from the values shown. Each factor is scored from 0 to 10 by a human reviewer and weighted as shown. The definitions describe what was weighed, not a rubric: no threshold or formula maps a directory onto a value, and two reviewers could reach different numbers. The score is reproducible from the factors shown on every record, but it is an editorial judgement, not a measurement.
