Register of Undertakings in Electronic Communications
The Czech register of undertakings in electronic communications, kept by the Czech Telecommunication Office. Entry follows a notification under section 13 of the Electronic Communications Act under the general authorisation regime — it is not a licence — and the register deliberately retains undertakings whose activity has ended.
Domain Rating is a dated Ahrefs snapshot of domain authority. PetroHrys Score is an independent editorial assessment of the directory’s practical business value. They are separate measurements and are never combined. Domain Rating values are dated historical Ahrefs snapshots. Domain Rating is a dated historical measurement of the shared domain, not an assessment of this individual registry page. New measurements are not collected because the Research Center does not depend on mandatory authenticated APIs. Where several registries are published on one measured domain they repeat that domain’s single dated snapshot rather than each carrying a figure of its own. Domain Rating is a third-party metric produced by their respective providers, not by PetroHrys.com. Each recorded value carries its provider and the date it was measured, and describes the domain that was measured rather than one page on it. No source has been consulted for authority score, estimated traffic and referring domains, so they are not published for any record.
Partly open Result rows were rendered to an anonymous client with no credential and no payment, and the database reported 2,845 records at the time of verification. Free public reading is therefore observed rather than inferred. Filters offered for business name, company number, municipality, street, network type, service type, certificate number and whether communication activity is currently interrupted or terminated. No filtered query was submitted, so behaviour under a specific search and any rate limit were not observed and stay null.

Assessment
Strengths
It records what was actually notified, listing network types from metallic and optical lines to satellite and 2G-to-5G mobile, and service types from fixed and mobile voice to M2M and internet access.
It states its statutory basis directly: notification under section 13 of the Electronic Communications Act.
Results are readable without an account or payment, and the database carries its own update date.
It offers an explicit filter for undertakings that have not interrupted or ended their activity, so a reader can separate current from historical entries.
Limitations
Entry follows a NOTIFICATION, not a licence. Under the general authorisation regime the regulator grants nothing; the undertaking declares, and the register records that declaration.
The register lists undertakings that "were or are" authorised. An entry alone does not establish that a provider is trading today, which is why the interrupted-or-ended filter exists and why using it matters.
Number-independent interpersonal communications services — email and messenger services — are expressly excluded, so absence does not establish that a communications service is unlawful or unregistered.
Being recorded here proves nothing about spectrum or numbering. Notification as an operator, an individual spectrum authorisation and an allocation of numbers are three separate legal acts kept in three separate systems. A Czech undertaking’s spectrum and numbers are in the regulator’s two other databases.
Records from before 1 January 2022 sit in a separate predecessor database, so a full history may require following the link the regulator provides on each affected entry.

Best for
Checking whether an undertaking has notified the Czech regulator that it provides electronic communications networks or services.
Establishing which networks and services a Czech provider actually notified, down to network technology and service type.
Not recommended for
Establishing that a provider is currently trading. The register retains undertakings whose activity has been interrupted or ended.
Checking a messaging or email service. Number-independent interpersonal communications services are excluded from the register.

Common mistakes
No common mistakes recorded yet.
Establishing required submission assets requires submitting a listing and observing the result. That has not been done for any directory in this dataset, so it is not published rather than estimated.

The PetroHrys Score is a first-party editorial assessment, not a third-party
authority metric. It is the weighted sum of the ten factors above, divided by ten, so the number
on this page is reproducible from the values shown. Each factor is scored from 0 to 10 by a human reviewer and weighted as shown. The definitions describe what was weighed, not a rubric: no threshold or formula maps a directory onto a value, and two reviewers could reach different numbers. The score is reproducible from the factors shown on every record, but it is an editorial judgement, not a measurement.
