The Czech database of individual radio spectrum authorisations and assignments, kept by the Czech Telecommunication Office. Unlike the operator register, spectrum is granted individually, and the database covers licensees who are not telecommunications undertakings at all, including amateur, aeronautical and maritime radio.

Limites
Holding spectrum is not the same as being an authorised telecommunications operator. A spectrum holder may have made no notification under section 13 at all, and an operator may hold no spectrum.
It records authorisations held by individuals as well as by undertakings, so a hit does not establish that the holder is a business.
Being recorded here proves nothing about spectrum or numbering. Notification as an operator, an individual spectrum authorisation and an allocation of numbers are three separate legal acts kept in three separate systems. This portal covers only spectrum.
Absence does not establish that a frequency is unused. Spectrum can be used under a general authorisation in unlicensed bands without any individual authorisation appearing here.
