Where several records are published on one measured domain they repeat that domain’s single dated reading rather than each carrying a figure of its own. A record shown as not measured is a record nobody has a reading for, which is not the same as a record measured at zero. Domain Rating is a third-party metric produced by their respective providers, not by PetroHrys.com. Each recorded value carries its provider and the date it was measured, and describes the domain that was measured rather than one page on it. No source has been consulted for authority score, trafic estimé and domaines référents, so they are not published for any record.
Partly open Free credential-free access was observed against the platform’s public substance interface, which returned complete substance records without any account. The rendered interface itself is a client-side application and was not exercised, so no claim is made about its on-screen filters, exports or any CAPTCHA. The agency’s main site refused automated requests behind a web application firewall, which is a bot filter rather than an outage.

The dossiers are filed with the agency itself, so for the registration this is genuinely the source of record rather than a publication layer over someone else’s register.
Free access without any account was observed directly against the public substance interface, which makes checks reproducible.
One substance record carries the registration status alongside classification entries and cross-references to other EU regimes, so related obligations are visible together.
Limites
Registration is a filing duty, not a permission. The registrant asserts the data and bears responsibility for it, and the agency does not thereby verify the dossier.
The platform reflects rather than constitutes the other lists shown on a substance page, such as harmonised classification, which originates in EU legal acts adopted elsewhere.
Migration from the agency’s older chemical search pages is still in progress, so for some purposes both surfaces may still need consulting.
