Piattaforma per la pubblicità a valore legale is the Italian platform on which public procurement notices are published with legal effect, operated by the national anti-corruption authority. Since January 2024 it has replaced the special public-contracts series of the official gazette for national procurement publication, and the legal effects of a published notice run from its publication there.

Each recorded value carries its provider and the date it was measured, and describes the domain that was measured rather than one page on it. No source has been consulted for authority score, trafic estimé and domaines référents, so they are not published for any record.
Open The interface is client-rendered, but its public query endpoints returned notice records and full notice content anonymously from outside Italy, with no credential, no challenge and no charge, which is how the access position was established rather than inferred.

Notices are searched and read free of charge without an account, which was confirmed by anonymous retrieval rather than assumed.
Limites
It is a notice platform, not a supplier register. Publication of a notice establishes nothing about any supplier’s eligibility, standing or trustworthiness.
It is the publicly searchable legal-publicity component of a wider national procurement database, which is not itself publicly searchable as a whole.
It covers national publication. European-level publication of the same procurement runs through a separate channel.
