Evidence skutečných majitelů is the Czech register of beneficial owners, kept under Act No. 37/2021 Coll. and administered by the Ministry of Justice. On 17 December 2025 the Ministry withdrew public access to it, and inspection is now limited to registering persons, public authorities, obliged entities under the anti-money-laundering act and other legally entitled applicants.

Restricted Public access was withdrawn on 17 December 2025. The page that previously carried the public search now serves the withdrawal notice instead of a search form, so freeToSearch records the absence of any public search rather than a fee. Access requires authentication — a data box for a registering person’s own extract, or the state identity space or an approved application for remote access — which is why login and identity verification are both recorded as required. No form was reached, so the presence of a CAPTCHA is not asserted.

Strengths
It is the statutory Czech beneficial ownership register, so an extract from it is the authoritative record of who ultimately owns or controls a registered entity.
The withdrawal of public access, the categories that retain access and the effect on existing remote-access permissions are all stated plainly on the register’s own front page rather than left to be inferred.
Remote access permissions granted before the withdrawal remain valid, and the Ministry opened an automated application route for obliged entities at the same time.
