Register of Electronic Communications Network and Service Operators
The Spanish register of operators of electronic communications networks and services, kept by the CNMC. Entry follows a prior notification under article 6.2 of the General Telecommunications Act; operators must also notify cessation and must confirm every three years that they intend to continue.

Domain Rating
79Ahrefs snapshot, measured
Domain Rating est un instantané daté d’Ahrefs de l’autorité du domaine. PetroHrys Score is an independent editorial assessment of the directory’s practical business value. They are separate measurements and are never combined. Domain Rating is measured by Ahrefs and read through their public Domain Rating API. Each value carries the date it was read and describes the whole domain that was measured, not the individual page it appears beside. Where several records are published on one measured domain they repeat that domain’s single dated reading rather than each carrying a figure of its own. A record shown as not measured is a record nobody has a reading for, which is not the same as a record measured at zero. Domain Rating is a third-party metric produced by their respective providers, not by PetroHrys.com. Each recorded value carries its provider and the date it was measured, and describes the domain that was measured rather than one page on it. No source has been consulted for authority score, trafic estimé and domaines référents, so they are not published for any record.
Partly open The register’s official page was served anonymously with no credential, so login is recorded as not required. Register transactions are directed to the commission’s electronic office, and no public search was exercised, so search behaviour, result content, coverage and any limits were not observed and stay null.

Évaluation
Points forts
Its statutory basis is stated on the register’s own page: article 6.2 of Law 11/2022 of 28 June, the General Telecommunications Act.
It states the continuing obligations plainly — notify changes, notify cessation, and confirm every three years an intention to continue.
It publishes the relevant resolutions on registration questions, so contested points of scope are traceable to a decision rather than to inference.
Limites
Entry follows a PRIOR NOTIFICATION, not a licence. If a notification does not meet the requirements the commission issues a reasoned decision treating it as not made, within fifteen days.
Providers of number-independent interpersonal electronic communications services also notify, but expressly for statistical and census purposes — their entry carries a different legal effect from an operator’s.
Being recorded here proves nothing about spectrum or numbering. Notification as an operator, an individual spectrum authorisation and an allocation of numbers are three separate legal acts kept in three separate systems. Spanish numbering rights of use are granted under a separate article and recorded in a separate register.
Because continuation is confirmed only every three years and cessation depends on the operator notifying it, an entry does not establish that a company is trading today.
Absence does not establish that a provider is operating unlawfully. A provider may have notified another member state, or may fall outside the notification duty, and the Union database rather than this register is where cross-border activity becomes visible.
No public search was exercised during verification, so nothing about search behaviour, result content or coverage is asserted.

Idéal pour
Establishing the Spanish notification duty for operating electronic communications networks or services.
Understanding what an operator must keep current — data changes, cessation, and a three-yearly confirmation of continuing activity.
Non recommandé pour
Treating an entry as a licence. Spanish market entry is by prior notification, not by individual authorisation.
Assuming a number-independent service provider carries the same status. Those notify for statistical and census purposes only.

Establishing required submission assets requires submitting a listing and observing the result. That has not been done for any directory in this dataset, so it is not published rather than estimated.

The PetroHrys Score is a first-party editorial assessment, not a third-party
authority metric. It is the weighted sum of the ten factors above, divided by ten, so the number
on this page is reproducible from the values shown. Each factor is scored from 0 to 10 by a human reviewer and weighted as shown. The definitions describe what was weighed, not a rubric: no threshold or formula maps a directory onto a value, and two reviewers could reach different numbers. The score is reproducible from the factors shown on every record, but it is an editorial judgement, not a measurement.
