Introduction
SaaS listings split into two kinds. Review directories carry buyer intent and a review corpus; platform marketplaces carry distribution into an existing customer base. They are not substitutes, and a vendor selling into an established ecosystem usually gets more from the marketplace than from the review site.
One practical caution: several of the largest review directories do not publish their listing pricing. Where that is the case this dataset records the submission model as Unknown rather than assuming a free tier exists.
